Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in as new condition. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please note that some custom made items such as "Name decals " are not eligible for refunds.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of us receiving you returned goods, however, in 99% of cases you will receive a refund with 24hrs.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are size-based. The size of any such item can be found on its detail page.

For both UK & overseas we us almost exclusively the Royal Mail. Within the UK the available services are
1st class - Aimed UK delivery within 24 hrs
1st class tracked - As above with tracking
2nd class - Aimed UK delivery within 48 hrs
2nd class tracked - As above with tracking

Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days
Worldwide delivery aim: 6-7 working days

The delivery times provided (3-5 working days for Europe, 6-7 working days worldwide) are estimated guidelines. If a shipment is held by customs, delivery may take longer.
Each country has its own customs regulations, and it is the recipient’s responsibility to pay any applicable fees.
If customs charges apply, a notification card is typically sent to your delivery address to inform you. However, in some cases, the shipment may be held at your local post office without prior notice. We strongly recommend tracking your shipment and contacting your local post office directly if delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe. This should be your first step in resolving delays, as 99% of such issues are resolved this way.
